Terms and Conditions
- The Jewel Premiere Elite Card is offered to returning guests only. A limited offer in the amount of Php 9,800.00 with one (1) year validity from the date of purchase.
- The cardholder is entitled to an Overnight Gift Voucher in a Deluxe Room good for two (2) persons inclusive of two (2) breakfasts which can be used on the next visit, excluding long weekends and holidays.
- The cardholder is priveleged to express check-in and check-out procedures.
- Early check-in is at 10:00 AM and late check-out is at 3:00 PM which is subject to space availability.
- The cardholder is entitled to a ten percent (10%) discount on his/her succeeding bookings based on the Best Available Rates. The cardholder can only be granted one (1) discounted room per visit.
- The cardholder can avail the 10 + 1 offer with one (1) complimentary Day Tour Entrance for every ten (10) companions.
- The cardholder can have one (1) time room upgrade from a Deluxe Room to a Premium Room depending on the availability.
- The cardholder is entitled to a room refresh during his/her visit.
- The cardholder is authorized for a five percent (5%) discount on food and beverage which cannot be availed in conjunction with other peomotions. Such discounts can only be applied to selected liqours and/or wines.
- The cardholder is permitted to have a five percent (5%) discount on Sports and Recreational Activities.
- Discounts are not applicable to any banquet and event arrangements.
- A complimentary birthday cake and birthday surprise will be given during the resort visit within the cardholder’s birthday month.
- The cardholder can avail a complimentary buffet or plated lunch on his/her birthday month, depending on the occupancy.
- As a returning guest, the cardholder is invited to a Welcome Cocktail every visit.
- The management reserves the right to exclude certain services and product lines from the Jewel Premiere Elite Card scheme.
- The Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the membership and/or the scheme without prior notice.
- Information will be kept on the Management database but will not be accessible to any other third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- The Jewel Premiere Elite Card is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any discount is applicable to the cardholder itself by presenting any government-issued identification card.
